Easter went great as well. Really Easter festivities encompassed most of last week for us. We took our spring break from school except for we did some Easter themed folder games and crafts which I neglected to take pictures of. They basically consisted of matching paper easter eggs with multiplication problems for my eldest, and matching the number words to the numbers on eggs and addition for my daughter. Little guy had a color match cross game which he promptly mastered making mommy so proud! Then on Thursday we decorated eggs and easter cookies! We used one of the kits with stickers. Star wars stickers for my eldest and spiderman for my little tomboy. Little Guy had one with monster faces but really the stickers were smaller than I thought and hard for his little fingers to handle.
Then Friday the Easter Bunny came early since my two eldest would be visiting their biological dad on Easter Sunday. The Bunny of course brought way too many goodies and there was ample spoiling going on for all three children! We then went for lunch with my parents followed by an egg hunt where even more spoiling occurred.
Then Sunday we went to my husbands grandparents house for a mega gathering of course. There was wonderful food, and egg hunt and no gathering on that side is complete without bingo with prizes. We also went outside and the kids blew bubbles. It was super fun and I of course took tons of pictures. Way to many to post on here but here are a few.
I just love taking pictures of kids. I took a whole bunch and I wish I could share them all. Here's a few more that I took last week. I tried to get a few of the kids in there nice clothes. My little girl is a good poser, but the boys took some work to get them smiling or at least generally looking at the camera. lol
And now of course my house is full of way too much candy that I am trying hard not to eat all of myself not to mention trying to keep the kids out of a sugar coma. Gotta love holidays right!
This blog is about my crazy experiences homeschooling three children with special needs. Our house can be pretty crazy! We have a house full of Autism-related problems and yet we have decided that homeschooling is the best for our kids. I will be sharing some of the projects we are doing as well as some of the struggles we face as a family.

Birthday Party Fun!
Little Guy's birthday party went great! We ordered pizza and I cooked a Toffutti brand dairy free pizza just for him since he obviously can't have cheese due to his dairy allergy. He hadn't had the pizza in a while since it is quite pricey so he pigged it down of course! Then we did presents and he was spoiled rotten of course! We got him a play tent with tunnels and grandmas, grandpas, aunts and uncles showered him with goodies as well.
Then we had chocolate cake with chocolate frosting all dairy free of course. We skipped the ice cream rather than buy or make special ice cream. He doesn't particuarly like cold stuff anyways. He even picked up his cupcake to eat it although he still got upset at the frosting on his hands when he was done.
Then of course the highlight of the party was the inflatable bouncer which he had to blow up indoors due to the rain that day. Too bad given the weekend before and the weekend after had such lovely weather. But anyways they had tons of fun it was just a little cramped for the adults lol!
So anyways happy birthday to my special Little Guy who is now officially not a baby anymore! *sniff*

Happy Birthday Little Guy!!
Well Little Guy is officially two years old today! Now his party isn't until tuesday so I will have to post pics of that later, but I thought I would post about my Little Guy whom I love so much on his special day! Here are some pics of him as an infant and now!
Here's Little Guy in the hospital two years ago!
I think he is about two weeks old in this pic, maybe three weeks!
Here is an Easter Pic I took pretty much exactly a year ago!
He loved playing with the plastic eggs and putting them in and out of his bucket last year! I wonder if he will still enjoy that this year. He still does have a fascination with containers and fill and dump play.
Here's a recent picture of him playing in a box with big brother.
This is the most recent picture I have of him at the zoo last week. I will have to get back on and post birthday pictures from the party later this week.
Anyways, wishing a very happy birthday to my Little Guy!

First Zoo Trip 2011
Well we got up today and it was bright and sunny so we though we would take a trip to the zoo. It turned out to be perfect weather and we had loads of fun! All time favorite was of course feeding the fish! And the boys even had a blast feeding the goats. Little guy thought the goats were hilarious!
We found these cute butterfly chairs and decided to take pictures!
And no zoo trip is complete without a ride on the train.
Then we hit the gift shop and bought some trinkets they didn't need of course, and topped the day off with a late lunch at Fazoli's. Spaghetti and Lemon ice was so yummy! I would say it was a successful field trip.
